Hi, I was wondering to get some advice on the proof I have for evidence of common law relationship and if this acceptable for my application.
So far I have:
- A joint tennancy aggreement for over a year along with a Declaration of Common Law form which will be notarised.
- We had no joint accounts or bills but I have copies of regular monthly payments from my partner to my account to cover rent and costs.
- We also have letters from that address for each of us
- A credit plan for a washing machine and TV at that address in my partner's name.
- We have also have evidence of holidays and recently got engaged so have online pictures of my ring with family comments and cards.
- We have recently moved into my step mum's house. We can provide proof of address for each of us and get her to write and sign a letter.
Thanks for the help if you can offer it
