Proof of co-habitation for spousal sponsorship

Hi,

Do we need to submit any bills or proof of co-habitation for spousal sponsorship? I know it is needed for common law partners but not if we need to do it.

If you are applying as common law then yes you need to submit proof that you have lived together for 1 year

If you are applying as married you don't have to submit this proof, but if you feel it could help your application then you can submit it as well

You don't need it before you are apporoved. But after you get your PR the rules become much stricter and you should hang onto evidence of co-habition for 2 years.
