Hello,
Living in US where Canada photo sizes are hard to do.

When I applied for first child's proof 3 years ago, I remember reading something that says if child is less than X months old, a simple camera picture will suffice and we do not need official photographs.

Did I dream that, or did it change? I spent 20 minutes looking and could not find.

If I did not dream, can you link me up? :)

Perhaps going to Canadian Costco for photos? These days I seen many US plated cars coming to Canada.

Thanks, but like I said I really thought I had read about an exemption for Citizenship Photos based on age.
