Proof of Canadian Relative

I need to prove that my sister who is Canadian lives in Canada, I read this above, I just wanted to make sure that her paystubs, T4 or Credit Card Statement will be enough? Along with her driving license if needed.
The utility bills are in her Husband's name, so what else can I use?

That should be enough. Her most recent Credit card statements should show transactions that are going on in Canada. In addition to the other proof it will be clear she is in Canada.
