Proof of Bachelors Necessary if have a Masters?

Hello,

I am applying for Express Entry for Permanent Residence. I have official transcripts/diploma required for a Masters Degree but the official transcript for my Bachelors degree will not arrive on time. I do have an unofficial transcript for my Bachelors. Is proof of Bachelors necessary?
