I'm in Iran,my Visa office is Ankara Turkey.Does it apply to me?

Is Ankara the assigned visa office for applicants in Iran? And is IRAN your country of origin? If YES to both questions then it does not apply to you.

Another question is about generic application form.
My highest level of education is bachelor of software engineering,but I'm a network administrator and want to apply under NOC 2281.
what should I write as "current occupation" and "intended occupation" in generic form?
Network Technician for both or something else??
