i am applying under the FSW program and I am claiming points for adaptability because I have an uncle who is a citizen. Can his canadian driver's license be used as proof of residential address
The driver's liecense isn't enough to prove he is living in Canada and allow you to claim the points. You'll need more than that: tax returns and/or utility bills and/or credit card statements.
