friends, plz let me know, does imm. officer asks about proof of address at the landing time. i have my residential and mailing address different. i dont have any proof of my mailing address.but i have for residential address.when i applied my pr , i mentioned both my residential address and mailing address

Relax. Take deep breath and calm down first. :)

Immigration officer asks for mailing address so that they can send your PR cards there. You can provide any Canadian address (your own/friends/relatives/hotel/ whatever) where you can receive your PR cards 1-3 months down the line. Many new immigrants don't have any address in Canada so they don't provide any. Later on, once they rent an apartment they submit their address to CIC.
