Proof of 2+ Years Driving Experience from Egypt

To new settlers from Egypt:
What are the procedures to translate the certificate from المرور that says we have been driving for more than 2 years?

1- It is already stamped with ختم الشرطة from المرور. Do we need to obtain additional stamps?

2- Does it need to be additionally notarized from the ministey of foreign affairs?

3- When translated, does a certified translation office in egypt work or do we have to translate it in canada?
