Hello all

When filling out the "Sponsored Spouse/Partner Questionnaire" on question 20 "to provide evidence of the relationship" I have included the following three as we do not have an more documents that support our life together. Do you think this is enough? What about photos of our relationship? From those we have many that are showing dates and are with our our common relatives. Is this the section where we prove the photos also or they should be in another application?

1. We have a common rental agreement with the landlord in Greece of our main residence since moving there on March of 2009. (Attached here in official translation from Greek)

2. Due to the fact that I only had a visitor status in Greece my sponsor has bought a medical insurance for me in case I had to see a doctor or got ill back in April of 2009. (Attached here Receipt of payment mentioning both our names in official translation from Greek)

3. A Greek Government affidavit mentioning both our names, in order to register our cell phones as per Greek
telecommunications Law. (Attached here in official translation from Greek)

Thank you for your input

Thank you for the quick response. Is this though the section where I claim our photos or is it through another application?

Are you in a common law relationship? They are not asking for photos, as I have read in the questionaire (No. 20) but still, you need to submit photos for additional proof of relationship. It will probably a good help for some questions. :)

Question 20 is asking you to prove that you are in a common-law relationship... so they want you to prove you have lived together a year, best proof of this rental agreement that is aleast a year old. even letters from friends and family saying that they know you have been in a relationship for atleast 12 consecutive months. the insurance goes good to proving you are in a committed relationship (so include to prove your relationship is bona fide) but doesn't prove you have lived together a year, the phone if lists an address may be good but if it doesn't then it doesn't necessarily say you lived together a year either but it does prove that you were in the country for that time. other things that could prove common law, joint bank statements, utility bills in both names, any mail that came to both of you at the same address... Good Luck!
