Choosing Post degree diploma Project Management after B.Tech Computer Science Engineering is a good option or there will be course relevancy issue for Canada ?

To be eligible for admission, you must possess the following:
• A bachelor’s degree
so I think it should be okay.

I think you should take another course, the reason of this is that project management course suite those who have project level work experience...and many fresher engineering got refusal who choose this course...... further it os u r choice and depends upon individual profile
