Pre-Assessed..
Hi all,
I had sent my full docs to the local visa office in the country where I had resided for more than 1 year. Just recently, I received an email from that CHC mentioning that for the purpose of Program Intergrity, my file has been transferred to another visa office to continue case processing.
Is this something OK? Can it prolong the whole process ro help to even quicken things?
And I have not yet received the 2nd AOR. Should i expect it from the new visa office?

HI,
I think you should have sent your application to local visa office responsible for the country or region where you are currently residing at. Not the one you had previously resided. However, there is no issue with your case and you will get an AOR soon from the new visa office.
Good luck

Hi Ice Cube,
Actually i did so! That is, according to CIC rules, I had sent my full docs to teh visa office which i am now residing in since more than a year ago. Even i had mentioned this visa office in my initial application from sent to NS. But this visa office sent that email and sent for the purpose of Program Integrity, they have moved my file to another visa office (which is in fact the visa office responsible for my country of nationality). Sounds strange, but I guess if they do so for the purpose of "Program Integrity" it sounds to be fine. Or?

Hi,
That is how the program works and that way, your application is not going to get hold. So you will be fine. Since you have an immigration rep, do not worry too much. s/he will take care of it.

good luck
