I fill the form on CIC website, then it says you are eligible to EE program. Filled there the forms, than it says "We regret ... blah blah blah", application status: Profile Ineligible. Why???
Here are my fields:
Age: 38, Single, Ontario or BC, No Canadian academic or experience or job offer, B.Sc - Software Engineer (NOC 2173 (probably) or 2172 or 2171), IELTS: S-7.0, R-6.5, W-6.0, L-6.0, work more then 6 years, brother in Canada, bringing whatever let's say 20K CAD.
In my calculations I get: 8(age) + 21(education) + 19(language) + 15(work) + 5(brother) = 68 points which is more than 67.
Why do they reject my profile?
