Profile ineligible March 2020

I have had c1, c2 and 2 x B2 in French
Wes - Master
Sister is PR in Ontario
3 years of Engineering experience
$25000 in saving for a family of 4
Total points 382

As soon as I complete my profile, I receive a letter saying myptofile is ineligible. It has happened twice
Please help, I am lost.

Yes, 382. And I passed the 67 pre requirement

What is your specific work experience and primary NOC?

Note that 382 is way too low to get an ITA unless you get a provincial nomination.

Yes, I want to apply for provincial nomination. For that, I need an active profile. Why would my profile be deemed ineligible?

Sorry, those are the issues that I know makes a profile ineligible. Hopefully someone else can help.
