My husband who is primary applicant (NOC O) got email abt update and when v checked the a/c, it said profile ineligible . I have emailed cic to get explanation. Wonder when they wil reply.
You cannot expect a reply from CIC as they are busy processing application. No explanations will be given as such. I can help you if you can post all details here.
