Profile changed in work experience. do i need to mention it in my express entry profile

HI.

Do i need to mention the changes happened in my profile in my work ex. although the NoC code is changing so it seems that i have to mention the same and get 2 different letters for the two profile.

Can anybody please confirm on the same.
