First step is to check your eligibility. Use this link to check your eligibility http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/ee-start.asp

If you are eligible initiate IELTS and ECA. Target 8777 in LRWS. IELTS plays a major role in your CRS score. Use this tool to calculate your CRS score http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

Then read through the first two threads on this forum. It has answers to most of your questions.

There are only really 2 options: Mon Projet (for Quebec) and Express Entry (for the rest of Canada).
For Mon Projet, see the Quebec Immigration discussion board: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/quebec-immigration-b55.0/

For EE, check your eligibility using this tool: http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/ee-start.asp
(or this chart if you want to see where the points are coming from: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp)

You probably don't have a language test or an Education Credential Assessment. So guess what you think you might score on a language test. And perhaps try entering a Bachelor's degree first; if you're eligible with a Bachelor's, you'll definitely be eligible with a Master's. Otherwise, try entering your Master's.

If you're eligible (if you score 67 points or more), go here and start following the steps: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/express-entry-step-by-step-instructions-t273928.0.html;msg4108507#msg4108507
