Professional immigration vs Student immigration

Hi,

I am an SAP system analyst. I have 1 year of consultancy experience and I want to apply for immigration but I unsure about the likelihood of getting accepted. I am also looking forward to get enrolled in Canadian masters programme but it's not on priority for the moment. So should I apply for professional immigration or student based on the experience I have?
