processing times

does anyone know if the processign time for BOWP and other immigration services, are they in business days or jst reg? i thought they were reg days but someone on the page mentioned its business?

The processing time unless specified otherwise is in Calendar days...see quote from CIC site:
.. ''It indicates the time (in calendar days) it takes to process an application....''
