Processing times per country

Hello guys, quick question: if I’m Brazilian but I live in France and I applied for an open work permit online, what country should I pick when calculating the processing times?

Others can comment but generally expect it would be from where you are submitting. Processing time Brazil or France seems much same give or take a week and anyway the quoted times are averages not commitments.

Also possible sometimes time can get added where a citizen of another country applies from outside their country of citizenship where country of residency comes into the equation, no way to predict.
