Processing times Inquiry

Hello Everyone, I am Abraham. I applied for my study permit in July 2020, it got refused In October 2020. However, I appealed the decision and the justice Canada ordered that the case be redetermined by a new visa officer.
I deferred my studies till summer semester as I started online already.
Please does anyone have an idea on how long it takes to re-open the case.

what does your lawyer say? of course, you didn't for a JR on your own.

My lawyer said she couldn't give a time line so I just wanted to have an idea in case anyone has had to wait for their case to be reopened and redetermined

There are some people who had gone through JR and their visa got approved, you can look up for their topics and get connected with them.
