Processing Times- form a Spouse OWP

Hi everyone,

I'm an International Student, and I want to bring my wife to Canada, with a Open Work Permit for her. My question is, If she does all the process online, that means she will be waiting for about 124 (as october 23 processing times) or her process will be done much faster, since she is in south america, which takes about 2 months, according to the website.
