Processing times for Economic class Skilled worker program applied in Dec 2014

Hi all, we applied from Dubai in Dec 2014 for immigration under skilled worker program to Nova scotia office. We received nothing back until mar 22nd when we got an email asking to send our postal address. They acknowledged receipt of the same. What is the processing times on this one? Any theories??
