Nope, See: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/02a-skilled-fed.asp#asia 68 to 72 months for applications ALREADY processed so if anything, it will be even longer.

Hello PMM, do you know how accurate are the processing times in the CIC web page?, I know that those times means "10 cases or more finalized in the last 12 month period", I could imagine that from february till now, times could´ve increased +/- 2 months....

Accurate for applications processed, not future processing time. Note they are averages, so if there were 3 applications, 2 took 12 months and 1 took 48 months, then the average would show as 24 months.

No, at any moment they are saying those times are averages, those are real times for each application finalized in n number of months.

Cheers

Believe me, they are averages for each of % divisions.

Hi PMM,

I think you don´t understand what the CIC page says, for instance,

In Mexico there were 100 applications processed in the last 12 month period, what they are saying is the following:
30 applications were finalized in 20 months
30+20=50 applications were finalized in 21 months
50+20=70 applications were finalized in 24 months
70+10=80 applications were finalized in 26 months

Or show me where it says that those # of months are averages...

Cheers.

Albermex,

what PMM is saying is right. Use your example of mexico

50+20=70 applications were finalized in 24 months...24 here is average and not exactly that 24 months exactly for all applications in that category. It's confusing but trust me it's average for each group you listed. Unless there is a fixed and determinable approval date in every month of the year, it has to be average for each category you listed.
