We had our documents submitted around Christmas Eve to the London High Commission. We want our son to start 1st year in high school in Toronto in September as it is easier to intergrate at that time especially when you don't know any of the other kids in the area . Do you think that our visa would be through by then?
There is no processing time shown for London with the new system for visas.

First of all, what class are you applying under? Spouse/common-law?
Secondly, what country are you applying from/have you lived in?

My husband is a plumber so applying under skilled worker and we live in Dublin Ireland.

Ok. Assuming it's under the federal skilled worker's programme there's no available time line at the moment, so I can't help you.

have you submitted all the required documents to the visa office already? if yes, it can be possible that your case can be finalized by the end of summer, it mainly depends on the background checks.

We are waiting for the medical request but except for that all documents have been submitted.
