I got a question, I hope someone can help me:
I want to apply for a Provinicial Nominee under the skilled worker programm, from outside Canada. I have seen the processing time at the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney/NS is about 16 months.
Is it unusual to do this without applying for a temporary work permt? (I want only to move if I get PR, cannot close my company here if I can't get PR finally)
If I would apply for a temporary work permit from outside Canada and would be approved, I understand that I will get a Letter of Introduction. How much time do I have to come to Canada and apply for the work permit at the border from the date they send me this LOI?
