Processing time - PGWP May 2013 Onwards

I applied for mine on April 30, 2013. Called CIC yesterday and they said I should receive it before July 8.
I applied by mail as CIC website never works when needed
Acc to CIC call agent there is a delay in Paper Applications

I applied for mine on 14th may via online
14th May - Telephone status confirmed the application
13th June - Confirmation email from CIC - 3 Yr Work Permit Approved
14th June - Received Original via mail
Document Submitted - Application form(with fee receipt), Original Transcript, Letter from School and Job offer letter (Related to field of study).
