Can anybody please tell the processing time of general study visa cases

For singapore , it was roughly 8-9 weeks for me.
very long wait

But for chandigarh(india) its less..
And yaa please tell me what are the chances after 2 rejections

Vfs ppl told 15 to 20working days!!!

I applied on 2dec!!! Waiting fo reply

Ohh god 15-20 working days are toooooo long. But yaa we dnt have another option. So lets hope for the best..
