processing time if change the province

I got AOR number this week applied file under CEC. I am planning to move over Ontario from Saskatchewan. If I change the province is there have any delay on the processing. I also heard that Ontario visa office processing is slower than other offices is that true?

I think there's only one visa office in Canada that processes CEC, the one in Ottawa...

Doesn't affect your processing time at all. Move, then change your address online in ECAS. There's only one office
processing CEC applications and that's the CPC in Ottawa.
