Processing time for temporary resident visa with PGWP

I have applied for visa renewal from inside Canada on April 19. I have PGWP and currently working full time. Anyone else in similar situation? how long did your visa take to get approved? I assumed my application would be straightforward but guess not..

The estimated processing time is currently 135 days for TRVs from within Canada.
