Processing time for study permit

Hello everyone, good day to you all. I just got accepted into my desired university but my country's processing time is too long, can I choose another country and travel to it if I get my study permit accepted? Because my country's processing time is 6 weeks but the country I'm willing to visit for a faster processing time is 2 weeks only.

You have to show strong ties to your home country to get accepted. Applying while staying in another country will not help your application.

I'm not staying in my home country, im currently an expatriate. I have strong ties to my home country (land, house, etc) but im living outside of it due to many reasons. So if i travel to another country does it hurt my chances even more? As i said i really need lower processing time.

Yes. Moving to another country to file doesn’t guarantee a faster processing time and will complicate your situation.

I'm also in same boat.
I'm not currently living in my home country because I'm studying for a Bachelors abroad.
Faster processing time would help a lot
