Processing time for skilled worker visa

I sent my visa application to "Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney" on February 2012. Two weeks after that, I noticed that they cashed the money orders; however, I did not hear anything from that day. I sent them two Emails, and they never responded to me. I don't understand anything ! Why they are so hard to reach ! At least I would like to know if my applications was accepted or not. I guess the minimum is to inform us about their decision, and the processing time.
I hope that someone does have any information regarding the process followed by the "Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney"
