Processing time for Quebec Skilled Worker- Applied within Canada

Hello All,

I applied application for PR under QSW after completing my studies in Quebec. I am working and living in Quebec, CA. How long it takes to get PR if you applied while you are living in CA. Please answer or redirect if there is already a forum for this Topic. I had medical exam 3 months ago.but no news since then. Thanks in Advance.
