I had a PR but we have been living outside Canada for long time so we didn’t meet the PR requirement. Now I am traveling to Canada to Study at U of T. I applied for TRV (study permit) in April. I received a letter from the consulate early August requesting me to submit an application to renounce my PR which I did within few days from receiving the letter. Now I wonder how long would it take to process my PR renunciation and how long would it take after that to issue my TRV? Any help would be highly appreciated
