You just started boy. 8 + months and lots more to come

Wow.. 6-8 months from here? Is that a conservative worst case scenario number?

I just checked my application status online. It says that they have received my medical test results now. How long am I looking at from here before I get my immigration papers? Anyone know what's next to come?
