Hi everybody I just wanted to know I took my passport application into consolute in Ottawa and my passport is 10+years expired. Have the search letter from CIC. Can anyone tel me how long it takes for a phone call when they make a decision? They told me to wait to pay the fees.. on a a tight timeline any insight would be appreciated thank you!

I apologize, I’m a permanent residence renewing my Indian passport that has expired but waiting for a phone call for further instructions as to wether it has been approved etc
