Processing Time after Document submission

Hi All,

Good to be part of this forum.

I have query on the time taken (approximate) once the documents are uploaded.I have got ITA from the FEb 23rd draw and have submitted all my documents on April 30th 2017.

Can anyone let me know whats the time (approximate) of processing taken to finish this process and confirm that decision has been made by CIC or can anyone from their previous experience let me know if i will be able to get confirmation by august end by any chance.

This is required for me as i need to plan accordingly with family commitments.

IRCC commits to make a decision on file within less than 6 months for FSW applicants.

However, these days many applicants receive their PPR within 4 months approx. But, this is just an estimate. Not all applicants get it within this time. It depends on whether or not there is any problems with the application.

You should expect to get your visa in 5 - 6 months. Anything less than this, will be bonus for you.
