Hi everyone,
I guess the timeframes for the IRCC to process our applications is now much longer, but just wanted to confirm my doubt with other users and maybe stop worrying too much.
I've sent the whole pack to CPC Sydney in March and according to the Canada Post it was delivered on March 30. But still, there is no response from them whatsoever. I filed several webforms and got an answer today that "your application is not available in our system at this time. When an application is received by IRCC, it can take several weeks before the processing begins". It's been 6 weeks now, is that normal?

Check the spreadsheet. They are currently doing february applications. Covid is making it longer.
 
It's typically 4-6 weeks to get an AOR. The COVID situation has delayed things so unfortunately, like almost all of us, we need to wait through this event for next communication of the process. This is only the frustrating beginning of a lot of waiting with no news. Stick up on patience. It'll be a long year.

I don’t see that they have done any Outland February. Did you mean Outland or inland applications?

The majority of february applicants that have entered their data have received their AOR for outland according to the spreadsheet, at least that's what it shows me.

Yes you’re right. All of them received theirs pre covid. I was hoping to see something since covid-19 hit Canada. There hasn’t been any updates since mid March
 
Inland applicants have been receiving theirs. One person from february inland received theirs today
