yes thats what i heard....from colleagues...who r in this line waiting...at workplace..lots of asylum seekers working low pay job......in Etobicoke...what they can do nothing...

I think bcz of the new rules introduced in dec2012 ,the previous applications have been delaying even more....

thats hearting a lot i am ready for hearing for last six months...to face irb members questions...and concerns...how to answer his question etc...But so far no answer from irb...i call them..they said ur file is ready for scheduling...now my lawyer is old man and slow man too...i think...i spke to other lawyers too they said our own cases r delayed..bad harber govt...doing....all this...( dont vote for conservatives ever..they r corrupt..) lack of irb members in central region area...causing backlog....

Dependent medical Request: Feb 2014

and now waiting to hear next steps. It would help if you also share your update.

Ur case is going smooth not bad timeline...there is lot of people still waiting for hearing...

my case is same like you , my file is transfer to Islamabad on nov.13 2013 and after that my wife and kids submit her documents in Islamabad CIC on 1 week of dec 2013 but we are still waiting receipt of documents. but my friends case is same like me he submit his file in Islamabad 19 jan 2014 and on 27th jan 2014 he received receipt from CIC Islamabad.

Hi, sorry for rplying to this so late I had not been using the forum for soo long,,
My ecase in Canada shows app in process after the medicals have been received ,,,,, and for my spouse's documents in Islamabad, We are still waiting for a response from the CHC Isb office..... We submitted the docs there in nov 2013,..
What is your update till now?
