In May, 2021 my Permanent Resident Card Renewal Application was mailed to the Case Processing Centre in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada. I have not received any communication to let me know my application was received.
When I log into Canada.ca > Immigrations & Citizenship > My Application > Application Status > it shows the following:
- We received your application for a permanent resident card on May 28, 2021
- Application Status 'IN PROCESS'
Processing times listed on canada.ca is currently 133 days (approximately 4.4 months) yet I have been waiting over 6 month now.
Does anyone have a similar experience or could offer any advice as to how to contact the office?
