Processing baby PR or TRV/TRP first?

Hello All,

My baby is born in India but we both parents have a PR, I am in Canada and can start the sponsorship of baby.

But I had a question, should I apply TRV/TRP first and then PR application ? because I want baby to be here after March 2016 and not now.

If I apply TRV/TRP now and if they grant it, does baby and mother need to come immediately? or can wait till March and enter that time?

Or do I have liberty to apply for PR and then apply for TRV/TRP in February if we do not receive the PR of baby by that time.

I am in same situation as yours. My wife expected due dates would be Jan 2015. I would suggest mark your questions to LEON. He wil be in better position to answer all your question.
