Processed passport dispatched but not sure if approved or not

Hi,
I'm an applicant from Nigeria, I submitted my application on October 5th 2017 and received a mail on November 20th 2017 that my processed passport has been dispatched from Canada visa office Accra to Canada Application center. I'm tensed/confused, because I didn't get a mail from CHC and also a request for medicals. I don't even know if my passport is ready for pick up and resumption date is January 10 at Niagara College Ontario. Please kindly advise me on what to do

made a little mistake on my institution attended
Petroleum Training Institute: 1 month professional course ( Drilling Fluid Engineering) not 3 months was a typographical error.
