Process to update change of Address, Change of Employer and send Canada PCC

Hi,
I applied for PR under CEC category in August 2014 and got my AOR on December 15th.I returned back to India in September 2014 and changed my employer also after returning to India.
I need to update the changes and send by PCC from canada also.
Please let me know if I can update by emailing to the mail provided in AOR intimation mail or should I send the details to any specific address

I believe the instructions on how to update is in your AOR email.
