Posted processing times are just estimated averages and often incorrect.

If processing time of your application is taking more time than what is indicated in the website, I would advise to ask your sponsors to send an email direct to ROC-O asking information about your application status.

Posted processing times are just estimated averages and are often incorrect to begin with so nobody should be depending on posted processing times. You can send a webform but in most cases all you will be told is that your application is being processed. IRCC will not give timeframes. They just tell you to wait until you are contacted.
