Depends on which Visa Office (VO)...
Getting spousal visa/ PR: 12 months to 36 months or even more with IAD appeal if visa is denied.
Citizenship: 60 months or more.
But timeline varies from person to person.

To get citizenship you need to spend 4 years (48 months) physically residing in Canada, only starting from the date you actually get PR status.
