Process for TRV visa

Hello Everyone,

I have a Canada PR and am recently engaged and soon going to marry in few months.

I wanted to sponsor my fiance for TRV and call here in Canada before marriage. However, i just need to know if that is possible. Any guidance in this matter is highly appreciable.

In that case, my fiance doesn't have a relative but she has a friend in Canada, so can her friend provide the sponsorship letter so that she can come ?
