Hello Friends,
I submitted application as federal skill worker on 9 Feb 2008 at new Delhi . As per the new rules for who applied after 27th 2008,can i withdraw my application and reapply? Please share your views with me.

Same here.
I also applied for PR on 8th of Feb 2008 at New Delhi, got file number...
And playing waiting game... Hoping that they will consider my application and process as per new rules

I heard that as per new law, we will be able to reach there within a year.

By the way, I am an Electronics and Communication Engineer with 14 years experience.
I wonder if they process it as per new law and fall into priority I category

In that piece of news they say that they are just planning. Let's wait till it happens at last.
