Procedure to enroll University name in WES List.

I am passed out from an Indian University. The University is not listed in WES list of University.So for WES, the degree availed from that university is not a
recognized degree.My University is interested to enroll its name in WES list of Indian recognized university but not much aware about the procedures.
Can some body enlighten in this regard.What are the steps to follow.I have checked in WES website and written them in this regard.
But I have got no reply from them for last 2 months almost. ???
