procedure for employment offer from canada

hi. I'm residing at poland under work permit . I applied for express entry from India but ielts score overall 5.5clb.sounable to process further. Here I want to know the procedure for job offer. In Canada we knew a person running a supermarket. wat he should do for sending the offer. Is ielts optional in these case. plz help me in this regard.

Basically this person would need to go through with a LMIA for which they would pay a fee and advertise the job for a few months to show that no Canadian or PR were available for the job which for a supermarket sounds doubtful. Anyway start here
