I write from UAE with my application centre being London. My immigration consultant who handled my immigration file recently gave us an email from the London Conadian High Commission which requested to submit my passport along with my wife's passport for Visa stamping. Along with the email I was given this "Updated Information Chart", which request for My Name, Current Mailing Address, Email Address and Telephone Numbers. In the past my immigration consultant/agent used to use his name and his own mailing address, email address and his own contact details for all correspondence with the CIC. Going forward should I now provide my own contact details and residential address along with my personal email in the "Updated Information Chart". Should this be fine???
Also they have requested a self addressed A4 size envelope and said that for my region the passports will be returned by courier. Can you please let me know if I can use FedEx service for this and insert the FedEx return delivery envelope along with the passports when I submit them using courier, or is there something else I need to do. Can you please help me with this query.
